Managed Secrets

Managed Secrets refer to the keys you own or those provided by us that are used in askone.ai when using Unified Access to third-party large language models. This allows askone.ai to provide you with a better experience, but it requires you to trust and authorize us.

1. Your Own Keys

When choosing to use your own keys, you need to configure them into askone.ai. Your keys are encrypted and stored on our servers. Your keys are only for your personal use when interacting with third-party large language models through Unified Access.

TIP

If you are using a paid large language model, you need to pay the fees directly to the AI service provider. Your managed key is not available when you use Direct Access to third-party large language models.

WARNING

We recommend that you create a separate key for askone.ai and regularly replace it with a new key.

Once you have configured your key, we will not display it in full anywhere. We will not share your key in any form with any other business, organization, or individual (including ourselves). For more details, you can refer to Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Pricing.

2. Assigned to You

When you choose to use keys assigned by us, you only need to click Assign Key on the configuration page. We will assign a key to you and encrypt it on our servers. This key will be used when you access third-party large language models through Unified Access.

TIP

If you use a paid large language model, we will collect the fees on behalf of the large language model and pay the AI service provider. Your managed key is not available when you use Direct Access to third-party large language models.

WARNING

We recommend that you regularly generate new keys.

Once you have configured the assigned key, we will not display it in full anywhere. We will not share the assigned key in any form with any other business, organization, or individual (including ourselves). For more details, you can refer to Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Pricing.
