2 General Services
General services refer to the basic service items provided by askone.ai to all users, including but not limited to:
2.1 User Services
- Registration and Sign-In: We support Sign-In authentication services provided by third-party SSO platforms. The current supported list only includes Google and GitHub.
- Account destruction: You can freely destroy your personal account on our website at any time, but Paddle may retain your subscription and payment records.
- Subscription and payment: We support subscription and payment services provided by Paddle. You can freely change your subscription plan on our website at any time.
- Interface language: Currently, we only support English, and the interface will always remain in the selected language.
- Target language: Currently, most commonly used languages are supported. The target language you select will always be used when accessing large language models.
2.2 Management Services
- Configure Local Keys
- You can configure the keys you own as local keys for each third-party AI service provider on our extension, and you pay the fees directly to the service provider.
- Used to directly access third-party large language models from your browser.
- Your keys are limited to your personal use in askone.ai to directly access third-party large language models and will not be provided to any other business, organization, or individual (including us).
- Your keys will not be uploaded to our servers in any form.
- Your keys will be stored in your browser and protected by the security policies of the browser.
- Your keys will be automatically deleted when you configure new keys.
- We will not display your keys in full, but you can delete your keys at any time.
- Configure Managed Keys
- You can configure the keys you own as managed keys for each third-party AI service provider on our extension, and you pay the fees directly to the service provider.
- You can also choose to use the keys we provide to access third-party large language models. If you access paid third-party large language models, we will collect the fees for the large language models and pay the AI service provider.
- Used to access third-party large language models through our servers.
- Your keys are limited to your personal use in askone.ai to access third-party large language models through our proxy and will not be provided to any third party.
- Your keys will be encrypted and stored on our servers.
- Your keys will be automatically deleted when you configure new keys.
- Your keys will be automatically deleted when you destroy your account.
- We will not display your keys in full, but you can delete your keys at any time.

- The Extract Keywords refers to the large language model extracting keywords from the content you select to help you quickly understand the core subjects.
- You can enable or disable the Extract Keywords at any time.
- You can choose any available third-party AI service provider and large language model to extract keywords.
- You can modify the parameters for Extract Keywords at any time.
- Generate Summary
- The Generate Summary refers to the large language model understanding the content you select and generating a brief summary to help you quickly understand the main content.
- You can enable or disable the Generate Summary at any time.
- You can choose any available third-party AI service provider and large language model to Generate Summary.
- You can modify the parameters for summary generation at any time.
- Generate Translation
- The Generate Translation refers to the large language model translating the content you select into the target language you choose.
- You can enable or disable the Generate Translation at any time.
- You can choose any available third-party AI service provider and large language model to Generate Translation.
- You can modify the parameters for translation generation at any time.
- Generate Question
- The Generate Question refers to the large language model generating questions from the content you select to help you quickly ask the large language model questions related to the content.
- You can enable or disable the Generate Question at any time.

- Inline Chat
- The Inline Chat refers to quickly engaging in a dialogue with the large language model related to the content.

3. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans form the basis of the services we provide, and you need to select a subscription plan to use our services. Your subscription plan will automatically renew until you cancel it. If you are a newly registered user, we will assign you a Free Plan by default. You can change your subscription plan on our website at any time. Our services rely on services provided by third parties. We will explain the third-party service providers we rely on and the services they provide.

Ensuring that askone.ai always operates stably is our goal. However, we must perform periodic upgrades, maintenance, and repairs on askone.ai to ensure that our services can operate normally. - Sequential incremental fields must use random string mapping and cannot be reverse-engineered.

- Use secure communication protocols and hide field content. For example: when obtaining current user information using the HTTPS protocol, "askone.main@gmail.com" is always displayed as "as****n@gmail.com".
- Requesting servers

- We do not provide services to minors. Minors using our services require the accompaniment of a guardian.
- We are not responsible for any refunds or any form of compensation caused by service interruptions, stoppages, delays, limitations, restorations, or migrations due to operation or maintenance that make askone.ai temporarily unavailable.
- We are not responsible for any loss caused by your account being stolen, password leakage, or key leakage.
