Pricing Policy Statement

The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Pricing Policy, Legal Notices, other statements, and any policy or legal statements from third-party service providers bundled with askone.ai require careful reading. By using any feature or service of askone.ai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these statements.

1. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans form the basis of the services we provide, and you need to select a subscription plan to use our services.

TIP

Your paid subscription plan will automatically renew according to the subscription period until you cancel. The Free Plan is long-term effective, and you cannot cancel it.

1.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan provides a list of free features available to all users, accessible by subscribing to the Free Plan.

The list of free features includes but is not limited to:

  1. Direct Access to LLMs:
    • You need to configure local secrets for third-party AI service providers.
    • You may choose to directly access large language models in the browser and pay third-party AI service providers directly.
    • We do not intercept or record your interactions with large language models in terms of inputs, outputs, access count, frequency, or usage.
    • askone.ai does not limit your access to large language models in terms of number, frequency, or usage.
    • We cannot enhance your capabilities.
    • Embedded access to large language models feature list unlock status:
      • Extract Keywords: Locked.
      • Summary generation: Unlocked.
      • Translation generation: Unlocked.
      • Generate Questions: Locked.
      • Inline Chat: Locked.
  2. Unified Access to LLMs:
    • You can choose to access free third-party large language models through our servers.
    • You do not need to configure managed secrets for third-party AI service providers and can only use secrets provided by us to access free third-party large language models. However, due to security policies, we cannot provide you with these secrets.
    • You cannot access any paid third-party large language models.
    • We do not record your interactions with large language models. However, we must record your access count, frequency, and usage.
    • askone.ai may limit your access to large language models depending on policy changes with us and third-party AI service providers.
    • You automatically gain enhanced capabilities.
    • Embedded access to large language models feature list unlock status:
      • Keyword generation: Unlocked.
      • Summary generation: Unlocked.
      • Translation generation: Unlocked.
      • Generate Questions: Unlocked.
      • Inline Chat: Unlocked.

1.2 Light Plan (Paid)

The Light Plan provides a basic paid feature list at a low price, available to all users by subscribing to the Light Plan.

The Light Plan's feature list builds upon the Free Plan list and includes modifications such as:

  1. Direct Access to LLMs:
    • Identical to the free features, as we cannot use enhanced capabilities of askone.ai.
  2. Unified Access to LLMs:
    • Essentially the same as free features.
    • When you have not configured managed secrets for third-party AI service providers, you can only use secrets provided by us to access free third-party large language models. However, due to security policies, we cannot provide you with these secrets.
    • When you configure secrets for third-party AI service providers, you can use your managed secrets to access all large language models from that service provider. However, due to security policies, we do not display these secrets fully.
    • When you choose to use our managed secrets to access paid third-party large language models, we will charge you additional fees. However, due to security policies, we cannot provide you with these secrets.
    • askone.ai no longer limits your access to any third-party large language models in terms of number, frequency, or usage.

1.3 Professional Plan (Paid, Planned)

The Professional Plan provides a complete list of advanced paid features, available to all users by subscribing to the Professional Plan.

The Professional Plan's feature list builds upon the Light Plan list with additional features and modifications.

2. Changing Subscription Plans

WARNING

Every user must subscribe to a valid plan. When a new user registers, we automatically subscribe you to the Free Plan. When downgrading or canceling subscription plans, the lowest you can downgrade to is the Free Plan.

2.1 Upgrading Subscription Plans

  1. You can upgrade your subscription plan on the Pricing page.
  2. Upgrades to any paid subscription plan take effect immediately, and we will charge you the appropriate prorated amount based on your selection.

2.2 Downgrading Subscription Plans

  1. You can downgrade your subscription plan on the Pricing page.
  2. Downgrades of non-trial paid subscription plans take effect after the end of your last subscription period, and we do not refund any fees.
  3. Downgrades of trial paid subscription plans take effect after the end of your last subscription period, and we do not refund any fees.

2.3 Canceling Subscription Plans

  1. You can cancel plans through the Pricing page.
  2. Canceling any paid subscription plan is equivalent to downgrading to the Free Plan.
  3. Cancellations of non-trial paid subscription plans take effect after the end of your last subscription period, and we do not refund any fees.
  4. Cancellations of trial paid subscription plans take effect after the end of your last subscription period, and we do not refund any fees.

3. Trial

  1. We may offer a trial period to some users at specific times, which you can check on our website.
  2. The trial period may be related to the paid subscription plan you choose.
  3. Your trial period automatically renews, and we will charge you the appropriate fees based on your selection at the end of your trial period.
  4. Trial periods and eligibility cannot be transferred, gifted, returned, refunded, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for other services.
  5. Trial periods and eligibility cannot be used repeatedly or in combination.

4. Payment

askone.ai only supports payments through Paddle, and you can use Paddle to purchase our services. When paying the difference for subscription plans, the payment service provided by Paddle automatically calculates and charges the appropriate fees.

5. Refunds

askone.ai only supports refunds through Paddle. When refunding the difference for subscription plans, the payment service provided by Paddle automatically calculates and refunds the appropriate fees.

6. Credits

When you choose to use our managed secrets to access paid third-party large language models, you need to purchase credits in advance. These fees will be deducted from your credits and paid to the third-party AI service provider by us.

The fees for paid third-party large language models are billed with a delay, so the following situations may occur:

  1. If your available balance is insufficient to cover the settlement cost at the time of billing, you may be stopped from using askone.ai until your balance is sufficient;
  2. After billing, if your available balance is below $1, you will not be able to access the paid third-party large language models through Unified Access to LLMs.

WARNING

The fees we collect on your behalf may differ from the fees you pay due to exchange rates, handling fees, taxes, and other reasons.

7. Updates to the Pricing Policy

Our pricing will be updated periodically, and we will post the updated pricing on the official askone.ai website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to accept the updated pricing.

TIP

Subscribed paid users will continue to maintain their original subscription plan and prices after the pricing update, until you change your subscription plan.
