Sign-Up / Sign-In Guide

This section discusses two methods for logging into askone.ai. We only support third-party SSO (Single Sign-On) for Sign-Up / Sign-In. You can use the SSO platform accounts we support to automatically register and log in.

TIP

You only need to choose one of the following Sign-In methods; there is no need to log in multiple times. The Sign-In status of the askone.ai official website and the extension are synchronized. Once you log in on one side, the other side will also be automatically logged in. If this is your first time logging into askone.ai, we will automatically create an account for you, and you do not need to register again.

1. Official Website Sign-In

  1. Open the official website https://askone.ai in Google Chrome;
  2. Click Sign-In in the upper right corner of the homepage;
  3. Select an SSO platform from the dropdown options;
    • You can choose Sign in with Google;
    • You can choose Sign in with GitHub;
  4. You will be redirected to the SSO platform's Sign-In page;
  5. Complete the authorization on the SSO platform's authorization page;
    • If you are already logged in to the SSO platform, you can directly authorize;
    • If you are not logged in to the SSO platform, you need to log in first;
    • If you do not have an SSO platform account, you need to register one first;
    • If you do not want to log in using the SSO platform, you can click Cancel;
    • Finally, you need to click Confirm;
  6. You will be redirected back to https://askone.ai, and you have completed the Sign-In authorization.
  7. You will see your avatar in the upper right corner of the homepage, indicating that you have successfully logged in.

2. Extension Sign-In

  1. Open the official website https://askone.ai.
  2. Follow the steps in #1 to sign in.
  3. Click your avatar and select Connect Extension to open the Extension authorization page.
  4. The authorization will be completed automatically on the authorization page, and no action is required from you.
  5. Once you see Authorization successful, the authorization of the Extension is complete.
